Performance of the Ground Clutter Filter

Data collected on February 14th, 2003 was processed with and without ground clutter filtering (GCF). A simple, map-based clutter filter consists of removing the DC component from power and covariance estimates. More efficient and sophisticated ground clutter filter schemes are currently under investigation.
