Forecast Improvements

The primary goal of this original CIMMS thematic area is to accelerate the transfer of research knowledge and skills between the academic and operational mesoscale meteorological communities in order to (a) improve the design and utilization of mesoscale weather observing systems; and (b) improve mesoscale weather prediction and warning.
