On 7 April 2002, a storm total rainfall of 2.28" at OKC indicates a heavy rain event. Unfortunately, data collection is limited to 16-18 UTC, with several incomplete volumes at the 0.5 elevation. During this period, stratiform precipitation occurs in a west-to-east oriented band over central Oklahoma.
