On 28 August 2002, a significant period of anomalous propagation occurred around KOUN
from 3:28-14:05 UTC. Polarimetric signatures indicate that biological scatterers
were also present during this period (see Fig. columns 1,3: BS indicated by higher ZDR,
and lower RhoHV and Z). Interference from other radars is also seen in these data.
