On 10 December 2002, light stratiform precipitation from 9 December dissipates as a shortwave trough in the westerlies moves across Oklahoma. Non-meteorological scatterers are present following the dissipation of this weather event over a small area southeast of KOUN (9:15-13:03 UTC).
