On 10 March 2003, a line of covective storms developed just east of KOUN by 17:54 UTC.
This line held together through ~20 UTC. The strongest cells developed over Hughs
Co., northeast of KOUN. At least one of these cells had a strong polarimetric hail
signature around 19:03 UTC (see Figs. below).
