Forecast/Weather:

On June 11, 2003, a right- and left-moving low-precipitation rotating cells developed near Hobart, OK. Soon afterward (00 UTC 12 June), cells formed to the west of these original cells. These cells transitioned from LP, hail-producers to an MCS, producing primarily heavy rainfall. Anomalous propagation develops behind the MCS as it begins to move across central Oklahoma (02:44 UTC - 12:02 UTC). A new area of precipitation develops to the east of KOUN between 12:02 UTC and 15:37 UTC.
