On 14 June 2003, a west-east-oriented line of small convective cells existed
across central Oklahoma, which dissipated shortly after sundown. Shortly thereafter,
AP and some biological scatterers existed around KOUN for several hours (02:11-08:37 UTC).
By 18:05 UTC, an MCS was developing across Oklahoma.
