The DDPDA uses output from other algorithms for its input.  As such, the data generated by these other algorithms must be of the highest quality or the DDPDA results will suffer.

Basically, data from the SCIT algorithm, the HDA, and DDPDA's velocity processing routines are combined into a C structure for each cell.  Environmental data will be added as well, but are not part of the process yet.
